Who would have ever thought I’d still be teaching 17 years later!? I’ve taught Home Education families as a Facilitator, Junior High French online, Grade 6/7 Live Online split class, Career and Life Management, English, CTS Courses, Options like Food Studies, more French and dabbled in a host of other classes. The irony is I have a degree in Performing Arts and have seldom taught any drama! At least there is variety!

Growing up in Airdrie, I started my University career at the University of Calgary, and then transitioned down to the joint-degree program at the University of Lethbridge. I attended
L'université de Québec à Trois-Rivières for one year to teach English and learn French, and came back to finish my degrees in Lethbridge. That’s when I met my wife Tamara who hired me at Joey’s Only Fish & Chips. While she wouldn’t let me leave southern Alberta, she did give me two wonderful children, my son Griffin and my daughter Cameron. We love good food, family gatherings, watching movies and our Boxer-Akida, Mikome.
